What you will do
- Lead customer value discovery to uncover pains and translate them into measurable KPIs and executive win-themes.
- Design future-state architectures and map capabilities to quantified business outcomes and risk reduction.
- Build executive-ready ROI/TCO models and business cases articulating economic impact and operational risk mitigation.
- Plan and execute PoV engagements with clear success criteria tied to validated value hypotheses.
- Present value narratives to C-level stakeholders, linking architecture choices to financial and operational results.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows for account research, RFP/RFI drafting, and PoV telemetry analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or customer-facing technical presales.
- Strong hands-on expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proficiency with value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Practical experience with AI tools in presales, including LLM copilots and prompt engineering.
- Must be based in Singapore for hybrid work arrangement.
