What you will do

  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal.
  • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and support opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal support, engineering, and product teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to drive product and service quality improvements.
  • Track success metrics and use data to inform customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or tech.
  • Based in Singapore with experience supporting regional customers in Southeast Asia.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work with tools like OpenCTI or OpenBAS.
  • English: Proficiency required for an English-first working environment.
  • Comfort working in a remote, async-first corporate culture.
  • Experience with CRM/CSM tools and customer journey tracking.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity sector, specifically threat intelligence.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese.
