What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders like Customer Success and Managed Services.
- Manage the contract renewal cycle from initial meetings through negotiation and signature to increase ARR.
- Achieve sales growth quotas within the existing customer base.
- Identify account whitespace and create value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
- Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth and provide high-touch customer service.
- Provide product feedback to the Product Management team based on customer requests.
Requirements
- Experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo acquisition selling to technical audiences (IT, security).
- Proven ability to run discovery, handle objections, and implement multi-faceted sales strategies.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding individual quotas and metrics.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
- Must be based in or able to work from Reading, UK
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity industry experience.
- SaaS sales experience.
- Advanced understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
