What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders like Customer Success and Managed Services.
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle from initial meetings through negotiation and signature to increase ARR.
  • Achieve sales growth quotas within the existing customer base.
  • Identify account whitespace and create value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth and provide high-touch customer service.
  • Provide product feedback to the Product Management team based on customer requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo acquisition selling to technical audiences (IT, security).
  • Proven ability to run discovery, handle objections, and implement multi-faceted sales strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding individual quotas and metrics.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Reading, UK

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity industry experience.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Advanced understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
