Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving net-new and expansion business across enterprise accounts in Southern California and Hawaii with an accent on full-cycle sales and C-level engagement. Location: Primary location in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego, CA. Regular travel throughout Southern California is required.
Salary: OTE $300,000 – $340,000 (50/50 split)

What you will do
- Build and execute a territory plan for enterprise accounts across Southern California and Hawaii.
- Generate pipeline through targeted prospecting, partner co-selling (e.g., AWS, CrowdStrike), and executive networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, value mapping, business case development, and procurement.
- Position Salt’s security portfolio (Cloud Connect, Posture Governance, Runtime Protection, AI Agent Security) to displace incumbents.
- Collaborate with SEs, product, and customer success teams to ensure fast time-to-value and account expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce and report on risks and executive requirements.
Requirements
- Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS into Fortune/Global 2000 accounts.
- Track record of closing complex deals with 6- and 7-figure TCV.
- Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API security platforms.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar sales methodologies.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level and board-level influencers.
- Must be based in or able to travel regularly within Southern California.
