Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical expertise, manage POCs, and align hirify.global's solutions with enterprise customer use cases with an accent on IAM, SSO, and access management. Focus on qualifying opportunities using MEDDPICC, scoping tailored solutions, and accelerating deal cycles through technical validation and stakeholder engagement.

Remote in the UK. Must work from the UK (remote work means working from your home country). Occasional travel for conferences, customer on-sites, and company off-sites.

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical advisor in Go-to-Market team, scoping and recommending tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Manage POCs to showcase solution value and ensure customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity qualification using MEDDPICC and technical validation.
• Provide technical education on hirify.global products and coach sales on capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales Enablement, and Marketing on resources and feedback.
• Prepare proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and flag deal risks early.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing role in B2B environment
• 3+ years with enterprise customers in multi-product SaaS company
• Proficient in collaborating with Account Executives and executing POCs.
• Strong presentation, communication, and technical dissemination skills.
• Autonomous, adaptable, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with IAM, SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, SaaS, and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Understanding of AI technologies and security industry experience as asset.

Nice to have

• Ability to communicate in German or French.
• Experience with hirify.global or other password managers and IAM tools.
