What you will do
- Own vision and strategic success plans for mid-market/SMB portfolio, driving adoption, retention, and growth
- Build multi-level relationships and conduct Executive Business Reviews with metrics, ROI, and roadmap updates
- Implement scalable onboarding, enablement, and track success metrics throughout customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Product, Marketing, and Support on strategies, expansions, and improvements
- Monitor health data, drive renewals/expansions, mitigate churn, and cultivate customer advocates
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related B2B SaaS role
- Strong stakeholder management to influence all organizational levels
- Data-driven mindset to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Passion for technology and cybersecurity
