is a venture studio backing AI-native startups, including Capsure, which automates PWA compliance for clean energy developers.
What you will do
- Build and operate the outbound sales engine from scratch, including ICP definition, sequencing, and messaging.
- Leverage AI tools for automated research and personalized high-volume outreach to scale individual impact.
- Manage the pipeline and lead discovery calls in close collaboration with the CEO.
- Establish RevOps infrastructure and manage the CRM, including data models and reporting.
- Co-create market-warming content such as case studies, one-pagers, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Partner with the CEO on GTM strategy and positioning as the company moves from its first to its first ten customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development with a track record of successful cold outreach.
- AI-native mindset with a track record of building working workflows using LLMs or automation tools.
- Experience operating without a playbook in a small company or early-stage startup environment.
- Strong person-to-person writing skills capable of engaging busy executives.
- Preference for being based in the USA (specifically Santa Monica, CA).
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar AI-native sales tools.

- Exposure to cleantech, energy, construction, or highly regulated industries.
