What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing.
  • Identify and engage target accounts in education, healthcare, fintech, and HR tech.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes involving product, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine market positioning and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and data within Salesforce.
  • Attend industry conferences and events as needed for in-person prospect meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding high annual quotas.
  • Experience managing deals in the $25k–$100k range.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong discovery and presentation skills to adapt pitches across multiple industries.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% of the time for conferences and client meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling privacy, compliance, security, or certification programs.
  • Background selling to regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
  • Early-stage or growth-stage startup experience.
