What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sales order process from PO to delivery.
• Liaise with Supply Chain teams to resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy within sales and inventory systems.
• Generate reports providing visibility into sales performance, stock, and partner status.
• Coordinate with Finance for seamless invoicing and reconciliation.
• Monitor and reconcile rebates, credit notes (CNs), and pricing adjustments across partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Sales Admin or Operations, ideally in smartphone or consumer electronics.
• Must be based in Thailand.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of PO lifecycle, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with distributors or retail partners.
