TL;DR

Account Executive (eCommerce): Driving new business growth and expansion within the French market for an AI-powered loyalty and reviews platform with an accent on B2B sales, consultative selling, and pipeline management. Focus on running high-impact demos for C-level executives, optimizing long-term customer success, and navigating the eCommerce ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid in London (4 days office, 1 day home)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle to acquire new business and drive growth within the French and EMEA markets.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations for high-level decision-makers, including CMOs and CEOs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partners, and solutions engineers to optimize sales strategies.
  • Manage inbound leads and proactively cultivate new prospects to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Provide the corporate team with regional market feedback on trends, competitor intel, and product requirements.
  • Maintain accurate account records daily using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in SaaS, retail technologies, or digital agencies.
  • Professional fluency in both English and French.
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and producing sales growth via direct or indirect models.
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce, online marketing, and social media.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (4 days per week).

Nice to have

  • Experience as a seasoned public speaker or presenter.
  • Advanced ability to uncover business pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
