TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customers across the full lifecycle with an accent on commercial onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Focus on driving product adoption, executing commercial negotiations in French and English, and ensuring forecast accuracy in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid (London) - requires working from the London office 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Own the full customer lifecycle, from commercial onboarding and early time-to-value to renewals and expansion.
  • Lead outcome-led conversations to demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI for customers.
  • Manage end-to-end renewal processes, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Identify and execute growth and expansion opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and pricing discussions in both French and English.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Professional background in account management managing a book of business.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding renewals and expansion strategies.
  • Experience influencing and aligning multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both French and English for commercial negotiations.
  • High level of operational discipline and organizational skills.
