TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (French Speaking) (SaaS): Own expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell across enterprise customers with an accent on building strong pipelines, proactive outreach, and multi-threaded engagement. Focus on leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving multi-product sales motions.

Location: London with regular travel across France & EMEA

What you will do

  • Own expansion revenue via upsell and cross-sell in a defined portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines through outbound prospecting and account-based strategies
  • Identify whitespace opportunities by mapping business units, markets, use cases, and product adjacencies
  • Lead structured discovery calls to uncover pains and connect hirify.global insights to outcomes
  • Drive complex sales cycles with VP/C-level stakeholders, Procurement, Legal, and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Product for expansion plays

Requirements

  • Fluent French required
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales or expansion roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record closing upsell/cross-sell in recurring revenue models
  • Experience with large complex organizations and multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Strong negotiation skills including Procurement and Legal
  • Understanding of digital marketing levers (SEO, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Social)

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to work in segmented AM/CS model
