What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic accounts to grow the client portfolio.
  • Deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure sustained growth and meet annual budget targets.
  • Negotiate commercial and contract conditions to close agreements with brand partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve hirify.global's market positioning.
  • Coordinate internally with supply chain, planning, and marketing teams to maximize performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager in e-commerce or wholesales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in prospection and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps (Gsheet, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Fluent English proficiency

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
  • Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, or Sports industries.
