What you will do

• Develop and execute regional technical sales plans to drive solution adoption and meet revenue targets.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Manage enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close, engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strategic technical relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Permanently located in France.
• 12+ years of enterprise software or technical sales engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in architecting security, privacy, and compliance solutions (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Experience supporting sales to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
