hirify.global uses advanced machine learning to create physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids to help utilities optimize investments and build resilient infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for France and broader Francophone markets, including Belgium, Switzerland, and Northern Africa.
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery to closing long-term enterprise agreements.
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles (6–18 months) involving multiple stakeholders and technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to localize the value proposition for the French regulatory and technical landscape.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with TSOs, DSOs, EPCs, and consulting firms.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Account Executive selling complex enterprise software to utility companies.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required.
  • Experience managing long-term (6+ month) sales cycles and maintaining momentum during pilot phases.
  • Ability to work autonomously while leveraging global support teams.
  • Must be focused on the French and Francophone markets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Digital Twin, Geospatial (GIS), Infrastructure Management, CAD, or Physics-based Simulation software.
  • Additional language proficiencies.
