• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse book of studio and gym partners.
• Drive the adoption of new hirify.global products and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with detailed performance reports.
• Research, prospect, and close deals with new wellness partners to expand the geographic footprint.
• Utilize Salesforce to develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic partners.
• Collaborate with country leadership to escalate local market nuances and assist with regional projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or business development with a track record of top performance.
• Based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking skills for implementing tactical project plans.
• Ability to use data and market trend analysis to make actionable recommendations.
