What you will do

• Define and lead strategy for mobile SDK, Prebid.js, and S2S integrations, emphasizing mobile app monetization.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers focused on supply-side integrations.
• Drive mobile SDK strategy and partnerships within mediation platforms like AppLovin MAX and ironSource.
• Deepen Prebid community engagement and contribute to open-source initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable solutions maximizing fill rate, latency, and revenue.
• Engage publishers and partners to understand needs and own key metrics like adoption and revenue growth.
• Align cross-functional teams for execution and champion cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years Product Management experience, 3+ years in leadership managing PMs
• Deep expertise in mobile app monetization, SDKs, mediation platforms, header bidding (Prebid.js/Server, S2S)
• Strong knowledge of ad servers (Google Ad Manager), RTB mechanics, programmatic platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Track record of product launches at scale with cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable working across time zones on global team with travel flexibility
