Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid: 3x a week in office)

Salary: $180,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Own the programmatic supply roadmap to balance revenue growth and long-term monetization sustainability across hirify.globalOS.
• Drive the strategy for consumer data across various product lines.
• Identify compounding opportunities and shared infrastructure across multiple products to improve the open web ecosystem.
• Lead product commercialization in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Client Services.
• Gather market intelligence, write detailed PRDs, and prioritize work according to value and revenue impact.
• Directly manage and grow a team of product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 2–3 years of experience managing other PMs.
• Deep Ad Tech domain expertise with strong technical understanding of SSP, DSP, and publisher monetization.
• Must be able to join the New York office 3x a week.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML models and proficiency in analytical skills (A/B testing, first-principles thinking).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with engineers and executives.
