What you will do

• Own the 1–2 year transportation technology strategy and define the frameworks for moving packages between facilities.
• Manage the full TMS suite, including first and middle-mile execution, lane management, and carrier integration.
• Drive key network metrics such as cost-per-package mile, on-time arrival (OTA), and linehaul utilization.
• Manage and coach Senior Product Managers on strategy quality and organizational design.
• Prototype and ship solutions directly using AI tools to maintain high development velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Direct transportation management operations product experience (required), specifically with middle-mile routing or linehaul systems.
• Proven track record of shipping technology that significantly improved truck utilization or network cost.
• Advanced systems thinking capability to translate physical operational delays into software requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available at this time.
