What you will do

• Drive cross-functional programs, handling long-term forecasting and resource planning.
• Establish and scale workflows to support new market expansions and translate human operations into reliable technical processes.
• Communicate program status, risks, and priorities to stakeholders to drive tradeoff decisions.
• Define and monitor program KPIs and SLAs while managing global vendor workforces.
• Partner with Engineering to deploy ML and Generative AI tools to improve issue discovery and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Competency in the machine learning development lifecycle, from data preparation to continuous monitoring.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Technical undergraduate degree or MBA/graduate operations experience.
• Experience within the Autonomous Vehicle (A/V) space.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs.
