• Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs aligned with business goals.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Define success criteria, track schedules, and manage risks to ensure program success.
• Drive execution of roadmap items and governance across multiple feature groups.
• Lead global, distributed teams and manage cross-geo execution.
• Champion data-driven culture ensuring quality, rigor, and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Redmond, United States with local commute expectations
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience in engineering, program management, or related fields.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and writing code (SQL, Python, Kusto).
• Expertise in AI/ML recommendation systems and high-scale data-intensive systems.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and security screenings.

Nice to have

• 12+ years experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with Azure data stack or other big data platforms.
• Data science experience managing structured and unstructured data.
• Building large-scale personalization and recommendation systems.
