Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (USD $188,000 – $304,200 in New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Lead execution of runtime threat defense capabilities embedded in Copilot execution paths, including detection, prevention, and containment mechanisms.
• Translate emerging agentic AI threat models into concrete engineering plans and partner with security engineers and researchers.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery across security engineering, AI research, platform teams, and product surfaces, managing dependencies and risks.
• Define operability metrics for defenses, ensure measurability in production, and drive learning loops from incidents and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (OR equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Location: Must be within 50-mile commute of New York office for 4+ days/week office work.
• Solid systems thinking and ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments.
• Track record of shipping technical solutions without heavy process reliance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 12+ years relevant experience (OR equivalent).
• Background in security engineering, distributed systems, applied research, or ML systems.
• Experience with runtime detection, abuse prevention, agentic AI, or red-team collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with telemetry and feedback loops.
