What you will do

• Lead the roadmap, execution, and scaling of robotic data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across robotics hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Operationalize experimental research workflows into repeatable, scalable processes with clear SLAs and metrics.
• Ensure DAQ stations are fully integrated, validated, and ready for production across multiple sites.
• Manage program plans, identify technical and operational risks, and drive mitigation.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to define and enforce data quality standards for model training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or operations in hardware, robotics, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong systems-level thinking across hardware, software, and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with high ambiguity.
• Experience scaling physical systems such as labs, factories, or robotics fleets.
• Proficiency in modeling capacity, throughput, and system performance.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
