What you will do

• Architect and implement AI-driven innovations across enterprise applications and internal platforms.
• Deliver extreme automation solutions using AI/ML, agentic workflows, and low-code platforms to reduce operational friction.
• Modernize core systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, Atlassian, and GitHub.
• Build scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures.
• Establish and track KPIs to quantify the business impact of AI and automation initiatives.
• Ensure all initiatives meet security and compliance requirements (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001).

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or application architecture.
• Mastery of generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent workflows in an enterprise context.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, SaaS ecosystems, and API-first architectures (REST, GraphQL).
• Proven track record of delivering automation initiatives that improve productivity and cost.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001).
• Must be based in the US and available to work from the Tysons, Virginia office 4 days a week.
• No sponsorship for employment authorization available.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MS, MBA) or equivalent.
• Certifications in cloud platforms, AI, automation, or service management (Microsoft, Azure, AWS, ITIL, PMP).
