What you will do

• Lead presales discovery, analysis, and architecture for HCLS accounts to create outcome-focused solutions.
• Formulate and execute technical sales strategies for application modernization, AI, and data platform updates.
• Conduct workshops to document customer current state and design future-state roadmaps.
• Collaborate with delivery engineering to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and right-sized for risk.
• Deliver compelling technical proposals, diagrams, and analysis directly to CIO/CTO/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Mentor specialists and contribute to the development of AI-driven delivery practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital/cloud solution delivery and consulting.
• 7+ years in architecture/solution design.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with modern app and data stacks (e.g., microservices, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Proven track record in consultative presales and leading technical wins for large accounts.
• Experience implementing AI and automation within SDLC or data workflows.

Nice to have

• Architect-level certifications from major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience building GenAI, RAG pipelines, or agentic solutions.
• Industry background in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HIPAA, PHI, FHIR/HL7).
• Experience authoring complex SOWs and RFP/RFI responses.
