What you will do
- Protect and safeguard company assets, personnel, and property entrusted to the organization.
- Conduct proficient corporate and criminal investigations and provide detailed reports and court testimony.
- Identify and handle trespassers on company property and perform arrests as appropriate.
- Advise company officials on crime and accident reduction and coordinate responses to railroad emergencies.
- Perform aggressive crime prevention patrols of facilities, railroad property, and high-value shipments.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Satisfactory completion of basic police training at a recognized state certified academy.
- Valid State Peace Officer License and meeting commissioning standards in the state of posting.
- Minimum 18 months of successful experience as a full-time peace officer with a city, county, state, federal, or railroad law enforcement agency.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, medical review, and drug screen.
