What you will do

• Perform quality assurance inspections of loose diamonds, sapphires, and other colored gemstones.
• Track and process gemstone inventory with high accuracy and strict organization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to source special order gemstones and diamonds.
• Coordinate with various suppliers and track purchase orders for timely arrival.
• Develop and implement systems and policies to optimize business operations.

Requirements

• Experience in jewelry products is required.
• Graduate Gemologist degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution and problem solving.
• Experience in operations, administration, or supply chain within retail or e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
