What you will do

• Define and lead company-wide safety strategy across productions, facilities, and international operations
• Create and maintain SOPs for challenges, stunts, large gatherings, construction, and special events
• Conduct safety assessments, risk analysis, and integrate planning into ideation, pre-production, and execution
• Oversee protocols for high-risk activities like stunts, pyrotechnics, animals, aviation, and machinery
• Coordinate with authorities, emergency services, Legal, HR, and Facilities for response and crisis management
• Deliver safety training, conduct incident investigations, manage vendor oversight, and track KPIs

Requirements

• Ability to be onsite in Greenville, NC
• 7-10+ years of progressive production, entertainment, or high-hazard safety leadership experience
• Experience in entertainment, film/TV production, or live events with high-risk activities like stunts or pyrotechnics
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build safety programs, SOPs, lead audits, investigations, and training
• Experience with contractors, vendors, and independent decision-making under pressure
