On-site in Columbus, OH. Must be local and willing to work on site 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in hospital settings.
• Collect data, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed feedback to engineers.
• Prioritize customer experience for hospital staff and ensure expectations are met.
• Communicate with hospital staff and public about robot operations.
• Prepare monthly schedules, onboard and train new associates, approve time cards, handle escalations, and manage coverage.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Supervisory experience leading small teams, including scheduling, training, and support.
• Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized, self-sufficient, able to multitask and make quick decisions.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays; schedule may change.
• Willing to obtain vendor credentials: immunizations, background check, drug screen.
