What you will do

  • Architect and implement technical solutions within business applications for global stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain enterprise declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and Dynamics Business Rules.
  • Prototype and deploy GenAI tools, such as LLM-driven sales assistance and intelligent data synthesis, using APIs.
  • Enable the Sales team to create their own low-code GenAI tools to speed up daily workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements from discovery and sandbox testing to production deployment.
  • Collaborate with global Information Systems and Integration teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Proven track record of deploying complex, multi-stage automations like Salesforce Advanced Flows.
  • Hands-on experience or deep conceptual knowledge of implementing GenAI solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG).
  • Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how to map them to technical solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams in different time zones.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office.

Nice to have

  • Light scripting or coding experience in Python or JavaScript to augment no-code solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
