What you will do

• Execute multi-channel campaigns including email, push, IAM, and content cards using Braze and Liquid.
• Develop and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns and personalized customer journeys through segmentation.
• Set up A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations to drive retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign accuracy and brand alignment.
• Proactively identify gaps in the user funnel to improve the overall consumer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within a consumer app environment.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas builder, segmentation, and event-based triggers.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong interest in performance analysis and optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage cross-team workflows.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude.
