Location: Must be based in the USA (specifically listed cities in MA, NH, CT, VT, NY, NJ, PA, ME, RI). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $177,000 - $221,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Sales on opportunity qualification, demonstrations, and Proof of Value (POV) presentations.
• Lead all aspects of adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global products within customer business infrastructure.
• Identify revenue opportunities through the upsell of new services and contract renewals.
• Act as a vocal advocate for customers, providing technical feedback to product management and engineering groups.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customers' business goals and their specific technical environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-sales experience within the software industry.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with complex enterprise customers.
• Strong technical background combined with a sales and customer-centric orientation.
• Familiarity with one or more languages: Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, or Node.js.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP and OTEL.
• Exposure to cloud technologies: Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
