Sales Engineer II (SaaS)

Salary: $90,700–$140,100 base + 10-15% commission plan.

What you will do

• Provide in-depth technical product and solution assistance during pre-sales discussions.
• Discover customer business requirements and technical pain points to map them to available solutions.
• Secure the technical close in complex solutions and serve as the main pre-sales technical interface.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical consultancy for partners and end users.
• Collaborate with Product Management to inform roadmaps based on feature requests and technical losses.
• Manage client interactions and technical notes within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• 3-4 years of experience in a pre-sales technical or customer-facing post-sales capacity.
• Experience presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to customers.
• Knowledge of Windows printing architecture and Cloud/SaaS applications.
• Working knowledge of databases, networking, and ERP/WMS/MRP applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBScript, Perl), XML, JSON, and YAML.
• Ability to travel within the region up to 50%.
