SDR Manager (SaaS): Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth through demo generation with an accent on coaching, mentoring, and strategy execution. Focus on optimizing sales development KPIs, improving outbound efforts, and scaling the SDR team's efficiency.

Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, Australia (In office Monday, Wednesday & Friday at a minimum each week). This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Hire, train, and manage a team of sales development professionals.
• Develop and execute demo strategies to achieve targeted goals.
• Coach team members on sales, product, and industry skills.
• Monitor outbound efforts and report weekly activities.
• Manage promotions and lead generation avenues for the SDR team.
• Implement creative incentives to motivate team members.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience leading an SDR team.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR.
• Proven track record of overachievement against individual quotas.
• Experience managing and improving sales development KPIs.
• Ability to hire, develop, and retain talent.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia (No Visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and similar tools.
