What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of renewals specialists to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Negotiate and finalize renewals by interacting with customer decision-makers and end users.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic customer retention and expansion initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze renewal data and customer feedback to optimize the renewal process and customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including renewal rate, churn rate, and revenue retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a renewals team with a track record of high revenue retention.
  • Strong understanding of business success drivers across various industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
