What you will do
- Lead comprehensive architecture development for IPU SoCs from initial concept through silicon implementation.
- Define multi-generation SoC strategies, including processor selection, cache hierarchies, and coherency models.
- Design advanced memory subsystems incorporating DDR/HBM technologies and QoS management.
- Drive SMMU/IOMMU architecture for virtualization-intensive IPU workloads and multi-tenant isolation.
- Establish representative performance benchmarks and KPIs for cloud networking, storage, and security offloads.
- Provide technical guidance across silicon design, firmware, and operating system integration teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in SoC, CPU, or subsystem architecture with leadership in compute or memory design.
- 8+ years of experience in networking performance engineering or IPU/DPU architecture.
- Expertise in high-speed Ethernet, packet processing, and data center networking technologies.
- Proven experience defining KPI-driven validation processes and analyzing complex performance data.
Nice to have
- Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with ARM/x86 compute, NUMA systems, or large-scale platform architectures.
- Familiarity with PCIe, CXL, and memory semantics for high-performance IO.
- Experience with performance modeling techniques such as simulation, emulation, and profiling.
