What you will do

• Lead cross-BU technical strategies for switching, NIC, and optics to ensure architectural consistency across product lines.
• Serve as a technical advisor to hyperscalers and AI infrastructure providers on cluster architectures and networking topologies.
• Define long-term AI networking strategies, including Ethernet evolution and scale-up networking concepts (e.g., SUE, ESUN).
• Represent the company in industry consortia such as OCP, UEC, and IEEE, and contribute to technical conferences.
• Build strategic partnerships with GPU/XPU vendors and software stack providers to drive interoperability and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in networking architecture, large-scale distributed systems, or HPC/AI infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML workloads (training & inference) and scale-up/scale-out network architectures.
• Strong understanding of GPU/XPU architectures, communication patterns, and memory systems (HBM, CXL).
• Proven experience working with hyperscalers or large cloud providers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ultra Ethernet, RDMA, RoCE, or custom AI transports.
• Knowledge of high-radix switching architectures and optical interconnects (LPO, CPO).
• Active participation in industry standards bodies (OCP, UEC, IEEE).
• Track record of publications, patents, or conference presentations.
