What you will do

• Lead SoC architecture by translating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into SoC-level designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Define critical SoC components including memory, interconnects, clocking, power, and IP requirements.
• Develop system flows for power-up, boot, and recovery processes.
• Drive PPA (power, performance, and area) feasibility and manage trade-offs with implementation teams.
• Own architectural specifications and documentation from initial definition through productization.

Requirements

• Industry experience with complex SoC architectures.
• Deep knowledge of memory systems and industry-standard interconnect fabrics.
• Ability to define functional and PPA requirements based on specific use cases.
• Strong architectural judgment and technical communication skills.
• Programming and scripting proficiency in Verilog, Bash, C/C++, and Python.
• Must be based in the United States.
