Location: Washington, DC. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $360,000 - $435,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies, including DOT, USDA, HUD, and GSA.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
- Navigate federal civilian procurement requirements, including FAR/DFAR compliance and security standards.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and modernization initiatives.
- Coordinate with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP) and system integrators to ensure successful deployment.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to refine federal offerings.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the federal civilian space.
- Proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of federal civilian agency missions and procurement mechanisms.
- Experience navigating complex federal compliance and security requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Must be able to comply with the hybrid policy (minimum 25% office presence in Washington, DC).
