What you will do

• Own display project plans, including budgets, quantities, and timelines for applicable accounts.
• Coordinate with China and NPD planners to manage display builds and ensure all specifications are uploaded.
• Monitor milestones and production timelines to ensure initiatives remain on track and within budget.
• Manage vendor reviews, CAD file approvals, and adherence to retailer-specific guidelines.
• Oversee PO creation and track display builds from vendor pickup to final delivery.
• Perform ad hoc analytics and support the kickoff of new display projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in retail or merchandising environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create management reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
