What you will do

• Execute integrated retail marketing campaigns across physical stores and digital channels to drive traffic and sales.
• Plan and execute in-store events, including product launches, esports activations, and community meetups.
• Source and manage local influencer and creator marketing programs to amplify brand reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with local gaming communities, colleges, and grassroots organizations.
• Develop activation toolkits, SOPs, and training materials for store teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Business Development, and Social/CRM.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns, events, or activations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Irvine, CA.
• Portfolio submission required for review.
