What you will do
- Lead OFL Planogram (shelf design) and POSM messaging for key product categories.
- Develop and update planograms to optimize retail product placement and increase sell-out.
- Design impactful POSM for new product launches (NPIs) to drive retail sales.
- Ensure execution of in-market programs and track performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with agencies, sales teams, and category managers to align trade marketing strategies.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and derive learnings for future developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing within consumer electronics or FMCG industries.
- Proven expertise in planogram management, merchandising strategy, and POSM design.
- Consumer-centric approach to understanding customer preferences and attitudes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence brand strategy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
