Location: Slough, England (Hybrid/Flexible work model)

Salary: GBP £57,040 – £67,735 per year

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end retail activations to maximize commercial opportunities and drive sales against revenue targets.
  • Oversee in-store and digital execution across trade and campaign activity for retail excellence.
  • Utilize data and insights to shape retail strategies and implement a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with major EMEA retailers and agencies.
  • Create compelling category and channel pitch decks to support sell-in and marketing solutions.
  • Manage budgets, monitor spending, and analyze performance using ROI metrics.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in shopper, retail, or trade marketing with strong omnichannel activation expertise.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital/Commerce, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA retail landscape and shopper behavior.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insights into actionable ROI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Slough, England.

  • Experience in the toy, games, or entertainment industry.
