Salary: $408,560 - $472,600 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead the national new business team focused on Jumbo and Enterprise employer growth to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable enterprise sales plans, pipeline priorities, and operational metrics.
  • Build prominence and credibility among national consultants, PBMs, and health plan partners.
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategies to position the company as a leading chronic care partner for Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Oversee enterprise sales forecasting, compensation design, and territory/advisor planning.
  • Act as a senior voice of the customer to refine GTM, product strategy, and the competitive roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience leading enterprise sales or business development teams within healthcare, digital health, or the benefits ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success engaging C-suite executives at Fortune 500 employer accounts and national consulting firms.
  • Deep understanding of employer benefits strategy, purchasing frameworks, and health plan distribution networks.
  • Strong strategic and analytical acumen to balance long-term planning with operational execution.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Must be based in the USA.
