What you will do

• Maintain and groom the experimentation backlog for Sportsbook and Predicts, ensuring hypotheses and priorities are visible to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk & Trading, and UX Analytics to design sound experiments that balance user value with commercial outcomes.
• Configure tests using Sanity CMS and Amplitude, coordinate feature-flag readiness, and execute QA before launches.
• Monitor in-flight experiments, tracking accuracy, sample size pacing, and guardrail metric stability to escalate anomalies quickly.
• Partner with UXA to analyze results and build readouts and dashboards that simplify outcome consumption.
• Contribute to go/no-go rollout discussions and standardize learnings within the MerchOps knowledge base.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or product role, ideally within digital marketplaces, ecommerce, or gaming.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology and metrics-based decision making.
• Must be based in Jersey City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficiency with Amplitude Analytics (or similar), Tableau, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Experience with CMS tools, specifically Sanity.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
