What you will do

• Develop and drive engagement strategies, including weekly playlists and in-game content for Call of Duty.
• Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, support data visualization, and design A/B tests.
• Monitor live service initiatives and build post-launch analyses to inform future strategy.
• Optimize the player journey and craft high-conversion messaging across various surfaces.
• Identify growth opportunities using quantitative and qualitative insights to drive strategic recommendations.
• Act as the player champion, advocating for a fan-first approach in live operations and planning.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in product management, finance, or consulting, preferably in gaming or digital consumer products.
• Familiarity with data analysis, UX/UI, game systems design, and A/B testing.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Santa Monica, CA office (4 days per week).
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for narrative building and data management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
