Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000/year + bonus

What you will do

• Manage and optimize the billing system to increase subscription revenue in partnership with Engineering and Data teams.
• Own the end-to-end user experience for how members engage with and manage their subscriptions in-app.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for the Subscriptions team based on opportunity size and impact.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests targeting key KPIs to drive measurable business growth.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Lifecycle, and Member Support teams to build software inclusively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools such as Looker and Amplitude.
• Experience driving revenue and analyzing financial performance.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and operational teams.
• Must be based in one of the specified US hubs: Washington D.C, New York, Detroit, or Miami.

• Experience with monetization of a subscription-based business.
• Background working at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment.
• Prior experience within the fintech industry.
