Salary: $244,621 - $314,449 per year (Total Compensation)

What you will do
- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to quickly grow revenue within the assigned geography.
- Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining key relationships with the cancer care community.
- Perform consultative sales and coordinate logistics to solve needs for medical professionals and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club, or consistent goal achievement).
- Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices to medical providers.
- Must live within the defined Baltimore territory and be centrally located to accounts.
- Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
