What you will do

• Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.
• Leverage existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions.
• Represent hirify.global at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.
• Run tight product feedback loops with Solana engineering team to prioritize roadmap features.
• Work with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories.

Requirements

• Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and ability to activate them.
• 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth technical markets.
• Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets and build playbooks.
