What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across financial institutions, fintechs, and Web3 companies.
• Navigate board-level relationships and collaborate with hirify.global’s C-Suite and top-tier investors.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-year deals involving CTOs, product leads, and procurement at a global scale.
• Design and execute multi-threaded sales strategies using the MEDDPICC framework.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives defining their blockchain and crypto strategies.
• Provide market intelligence to GTM leadership to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience closing complex SaaS or infrastructure deals with ACV of $500K+.
• Proven track record of acquiring net-new strategic accounts and expanding them into marquee wins.
• Deep expertise in financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Success engaging C-level, technical, and operational buyers in consultative, value-driven cycles.
• Ability to operate in high-stakes, fast-moving, category-creating markets.
